When do you need to lock the machine?

  Example: a customer complained that the machine had prepared tasteless coffee. You can remotely block the machine before the arrival of the technician to prevent the issuance of low-quality drinks.

• when spilling someone else's coffee in desktop coffee machines.
  Example: you found that a customer is filling the coffee machine with third-party ingredients. You can remotely block it until the circumstances are clarified.
